* Most chimneys can be swept from the bottom upwards rarely do we need to go onto roof, however, to comply with The Health and Safety at Work Act requires a safe work platform and scaffolding provided by the homeowner.

Alternatively we can harness and rope in to a safe anchor point. Rope Access takes extra time to setup and will naturally carry an additional cost.
